Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at Omnevo, you take ownership of customer relationships and drive project success by turning client needs into actionable solutions across cross‑functional teams.

Your Role
- Project & Rollout Management: Plan, schedule, and lead end‑to‑end customer project rollouts, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Solution‑oriented Partner: Understand clients’ business needs, lead requirement sessions, and visualize proposals for customer journeys (e.g., in Miro) to present tailored concepts.
- Technical Coordination: Read architecture diagrams, manage integrations with clients and partners, coordinate product data discussions, and confidently deliver product demos.
- User Story Definition: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
- Performance Tracking & Post‑Launch Support: Define KPIs to measure project success, oversee post‑launch maintenance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Risk, Budget & Vendor Management: Identify risks, manage budgets, and coordinate with third‑party vendors to support successful project outcomes.
What you bring
- Strong understanding of technical concepts; tech‑savvy, familiar with API interfaces, able to identify integration needs, and enjoy collaborating with developers and architects.
- Confidence in UX/UI and preferably some hands‑on experience collaborating in this area.
- Clear communication, confident leadership, and strong organizational skills when handling complex projects.
- Structured thinking, initiative, and ability to work well independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business, comfort in intercultural environments, and ability to work remotely with some in‑person meetings.
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken). French and German skills are a strong plus.
