Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and submittals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Mentor and support the development of junior staff.
- Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience, including large-scale or complex commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
