We’re hiring on behalf of a leading General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-value aviation projects based at Teterboro Airport in New York City.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing major aviation developments totalling over $60 million, acting as the linchpin between field operations, client stakeholders, and executive leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the full lifecycle of aviation construction projects
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and airport authorities
• Overseeing site operations and project reporting
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen
• Excellent knowledge of local and FAA regulatory requirements
• Based in or willing to commute/travel to Teterboro Airport
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
