Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:Solicit and develop new borrowing relationships, with particular focus on the SMECross sell various loan productsProactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rateKYC, customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers’ requirements and structure dealsPrepare credit proposals, analyze financials, identify key risks and mitigating factorsEnsure compliance of mandatory banking processesAny other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company or Officers acting on behalf of the Company Requirements:Preferably with a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or AccountingAt least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking & finance / SME/ Corporate lendingPossess a must possess a pleasant, outgoing personality and have a flair for sales and marketing The successful candidate can expect a competitive package that includes an attractive basic salary, annual bonus and variable bonus.
