Job Description
A Plus International is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a strong industry network and a proven ability to generate new business in the medical‑device sector. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven leader who can quickly open doors, accelerate growth, and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive new business and exceed revenue targets.
- Leverage an established network of healthcare professionals, hospital leadership, distributors, and OEM partners to secure new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify high‑value prospects, competitive trends, and emerging growth areas.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and operational goals.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
- Build and strengthen long‑term customer relationships to maximize retention and long‑term value.
- Lead by example with hands‑on execution, accountability, and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 10+ years of sales or sales management experience in the medical‑device industry with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Established network of hospital, clinical, distributor, or OEM contacts.
- Strong understanding of medical‑device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA requirements).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Mandarin bilingual ability is a plus.
