What's the Job?

• Modernize and support AI-enabled delivery workflows within the organization.
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline delivery activities and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze sprint flow and delivery patterns using AI insights to identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure work is ready for sprints, aligning with organizational standards.
• Support cross-team coordination and deliver predictive insights to improve delivery predictability.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, M365, or automation platforms to enhance delivery processes.
• Strong ability to interpret data and AI insights to support team decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
