IT Senior Security Engineer

About the Role

The IT Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's IT infrastructure.

QualificationsTechnical Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience of working in IT security, and/or compliance roleSolid familiarity with general enterprise technology architectureExperience in determining, developing, and/or implementing information security controls and policiesProven project management and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple concurrent projects and/or clientsCertifications or the ability to obtain certification, such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are preferredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitudeExcellent verbal communication skills and experience influencing key stakeholdersExcellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracyHave a strong desire to continuously improveExperience or familiarity with information security frameworks and standards such as ISO27001, ISO27002, SOC2, COBIT
