About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a growing team in Singapore. If you’re passionate about building scalable solutions and working on cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations, this role is for you.You’ll play a key role in designing and developing solutions, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) or App Engine (Custom Applications), while collaborating with global clients in an Agile environment.
What You’ll DoDesign and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platformConfigure and customize modules like CSM and App EngineWrite and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrationsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsBuild and manage REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systemsSupport testing, UAT, and production deploymentsCollaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholdersParticipate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.)
What We’re Looking For4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong expertise in at least one:Customer Service Management (CSM)App Engine / Custom App DevelopmentProficiency in:JavaScriptServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions)Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and workflow automationGood to HaveServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM/App Engine)Experience in IT services or consulting environmentsExposure to ITSM / ITOM modulesFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologiesKey SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentAttention to detail and quality
