• 5+years ofprofessional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing scalable backend systems and architectures.
• Solid system design skills and experience standardizing processes, data structures, and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability towork with ambiguous challenges.
• Interest infunctional programming (experience with Clojure isastrong plus).
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders orcustomers togather feedback and improve systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability towork inadistributed team environment.
