Seeking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our testing processes and ensure the highest quality standards for our software and hardware applications. This role involves leading QA teams, leveraging automation, and translating user requirements into effective test cases. This role will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, implementing automation frameworks, and leading QA efforts across projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead QA teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Translate business and user requirements into functional and non-functional test scenarios.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Monitor and validate software performance, functionality, and security standards

Required Qualifications:

• Provide testing expertise and prepare detailed specifications for test plans and procedures.
• Leverage automation technology to execute testing efficiently.
• Translate user requirements into comprehensive test cases.
• Test, monitor, and refine applications to meet quality standards.
• Prepare both test-level and user-level documentation as required.
• Enhance testing processes for improved efficiency and performance, integrating automation methodologies.
• Lead QA teams to ensure program deadlines are met.
• Apply quality assurance principles, methods, and knowledge to task order requirements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and applicable reference models.
• Evaluate and address workflow, organizational, and planning issues.
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience required.
