The Opportunity

We're looking for a Tax Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead staff on client engagements, develop client relationships, and play a key part in our continued growth. Responsibilities

• Lead staff on tax preparation, planning, and research engagements
• Support tax audits from initiation through resolution
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and taxing agencies
• Interact with client personnel and develop ongoing client relationships
• Advise clients on business matters and financial decisions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of current public accounting experience with an emphasis on tax work; assurance experience a plus
• Bachelor of Science or Arts in Accounting required; Master of Taxation a plus
• Licensed Washington CPA, or able to obtain licensure within six months of hire
• Advanced computer skills within an accounting firm environment; ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
