Day to Day
Indeed is hiring a Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing to join the growing Global Transfer Pricing team. As a core member of the Global Transfer Pricing team, you will be a key contributor to our global compliance and planning efforts bridging the gap between complex data and actionable tax strategy. This is a role for someone who can deep dive into financial models but can also step back to see the big picture of a global supply chain.
Exceptional technical, communication, and process improvement skills.
Based in our New York / Stamford / Dublin office, this role offers remote work flexibility and reports to the Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing.
Responsibilities
Building the Narrative: Prepare and maintain Local Files, helping us tell the story of our intercompany value creation.
Analysing the Data: Review externally prepared economic and financial benchmarking studies to ensure our pricing remains market-aligned.
Partner with the Business: Support functional interviews with partners across the business to understand evolving business models and operational flows.
Driving Compliance: Assist in preparing compliance documentation to ensure adherence to local requirements, including monitoring intercompany agreements to ensure they reflect reality.
Managing Risk: Support our team during tax authority audits and help identify potential transfer pricing exposures before they become issues.
Automating & Innovating: Help implement and refine operational transfer pricing tools and automation to make our quarterly transfer price adjustments more efficient.
Skills / Competencies
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience.
Exposure to global operations and cross-border transactions.
Exceptional communication, organizational, data-driven, and strategic writing skills.
Proven project management skills and an eye for detail.
An ability to work on own initiative and handle priorities and deadlines.
Proven in managing internal and external partner relationships, and engaging with people of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
Salary Range
Tier 1 - United States of America 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 90,000 - 134,000 USD per year
Tier 3 - United States of America 98,000 - 148,000 USD per year
