Senior Vice President / Executive Leadership – Capital Delivery (MTA – Rail & Transit)

We are partnering with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) to identify senior executive leaders within its Construction & Development organization.

Summary:

These roles sit at the Senior Vice President / Project Executive level and are responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale, high-visibility rail and transit capital programs across New York City. This includes oversight of complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure initiatives that directly impact millions of daily riders.

Openings span project execution, design leadership, and program controls across one of the largest transportation capital programs in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major capital projects from planning through execution and closeout
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and agency stakeholders
• Drive performance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Provide executive-level reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Resolve critical project issues and operate effectively in high-profile environments

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience in rail, transit, or major infrastructure capital delivery
• 12+ years of leadership experience within large, multi-disciplinary organizations
• Demonstrated responsibility for complex capital programs ($100M+ scale)
• Strong command of project delivery fundamentals (cost, schedule, risk, execution)
• Experience working within highly regulated, stakeholder-heavy environments
