Job Description
A privately held group of companies in Western New York is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead all commercial activity across multiple divisions within the construction, manufacturing, and distribution markets.
This is a newly created executive position reporting directly to ownership. The SVP of Sales will unify sales strategy, leadership, and process across several independent but related organizations. The right individual will bring energy, accountability, and structure while maintaining a collaborative, team-driven culture.
We’re looking for a hands-on commercial leader who can build scalable systems, elevate team performance, and drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement unified sales strategies across multiple business units.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and teams across three divisions.
- Design and manage sales structure, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
- Implement consistent CRM (Pipedrive) utilization and data-driven reporting.
- Establish SOPs and accountability frameworks for a proactive sales culture.
- Drive growth through new customer acquisition, cross-selling, and market expansion.
- Partner with operations and production to ensure alignment and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers across Western and Upstate New York and beyond.
Qualifications
- Proven success in senior-level sales or commercial leadership.
- Experience building or scaling multi-location sales teams.
- Skilled in CRM adoption, pipeline management, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership presence and high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working in a blue-collar, team-oriented environment.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or building materials experience preferred.

- Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 + annual bonus + Vehicle Reimbursement.
- On target earnings up to $200,000+.
