Job Description
Tarvos Talent is working with a growing organization seeking a Senior Vice President / Commercial Director to join their executive team.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving commercial strategy, partnerships, and capital initiatives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of commercial strategy and key partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Drive pipeline development and oversee execution of large-scale transactions
- Support and lead capital planning, financing initiatives, and strategic investments
- Partner closely with leadership to support overall business growth and direction
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a senior commercial, finance, or strategic role
- Proven track record of leading and closing complex, large-scale transactions
- Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
