Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within a top-tier commercial GC environment
• Ability to lead both projects and people while influencing outcomes at the executive level
• Bachelor's Degree

A role centered on control, decision-making, and leading complex work at a high level without the noise.

Compensation aligns with that scope: $350,000 - $500,000+ base, plus bonus and equity, structured for long-term upside and real participation in the success you help drive, along with a full executive package.
