Senior Workday Consultant

One of our clients is looking for a Workday Senior Configuration Consultant with expertise in Learning, Time & Absence, and Reporting modules.

Role Overview: The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting Workday modules related to Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Custom Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday modules: Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Custom Reports.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production releases.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of Workday experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in: Workday Learning, Time & Absence, Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields).
• Strong understanding of HR operational processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
