Senior Workforce Management Developer - UKG

* Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences.* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously.* Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and performance issues.* Ability to develop solutions for problems where existing precedents may not exist.* Ability to document technical solutions, mappings, workflows, and integration specifications.* Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SQL, SFTP, middleware, and ETL tools.* Strong understanding of UKG data models, connectors, imports/exports, Dell Boomi, and UKG API frameworks.* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps concepts, and modern SDLC practices.* Knowledge of information security principles related to data integration and secure data transfers.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Knowledge of risk mitigation practices related to system integrations.* Experience leading major ERP upgrades, implementations, or transformation initiatives.* Strong design‐thinking, creative problem‐solving, and strategic‐roadmap development skills.* Highly effective collaborator with demonstrated success driving people, process, and technology change.* Subject matter expert in Workday , UKG, ServiceNow or other ERP technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
