Experience:3-12 years
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain software development tools and applications.
- Provide technical support and handle service requests from users.
- Support development teams in tool configuration and implementation.
- Perform backup, restore, and ensure system stability and security.
- Provide 2nd level support for application issues and data flow problems.
