Position Title: Senior Product Designer – Individual Contributor

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: 5 –7 years (preferred)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives that drive impactful user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centric design, human factors, and usability engineering, combined with strong execution skills to bring product vision to life. As an individual contributor, you will be hands-on in design delivery, influencing design direction, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, cohesive, and visually compelling digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the UX vision across one or more products, with a clear roadmap for iterative and evolutionary enhancements aligned to business goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to implement cohesive, inclusive, and data-informed design solutions.

• Take ownership of design execution—from interaction flows to visual details—ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

• Partner with UX researchers when needed to initiate or support user research, gather insights, and validate design hypotheses.

• Leverage and evolve the Design System thoughtfully by proposing new components based on emerging business needs and user feedback.

• Champion usability and accessibility standards, ensuring that products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective.

• Advocate for and establish best practices in design workflows, documentation, and change management throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably with SaaS or enterprise-grade digital products.

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end product design with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world impact.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines.

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration.

• Experience designing for complex workflows, B2B or enterprise software.

• Exposure to analytics tools to inform data-driven design decisions.
