Senior Site Merchandiser
We are seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day content updates, homepage refreshes, and collection landing page (CLP) curation through our CMS platform (Contentful) across six environments—web, mobile, and app, in both French and English.
Success means delivering an inspiring and seamless customer experience, interpreting site performance metrics to inform changes, and maximizing the effectiveness of our site merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, data‑driven executor with a passion for digital retail, a strong grasp of site functionalities, and keen creativity and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage day‑to‑day homepage updates, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and brand‑aligned.
- Curate and maintain Collection Landing Pages (CLPs) to support seasonal campaigns, regional product launches, and marketing strategies.
- Leverage CMS tools (primarily Contentful) to publish, edit, and optimize on‑site content.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams—creative, marketing, merchandising, and analytics—to align site content with campaign objectives and product priorities.
- Monitor and analyze site metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rate, conversion, etc.) to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
- Support new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional moments through thoughtful site merchandising.
- Troubleshoot content issues and conduct regular QA to ensure an optimal, on‑brand site experience.
- Stay informed on digital merchandising trends, UX/UI best practices, and industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Based in Toronto; required to work in office Monday–Thursday (four days per week).
- 5‑8 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or digital content management.
- Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, especially Contentful.
- Familiarity with site performance tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and use insights to guide merchandising decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending on experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
Pay Range: $110,000 CAD – $130,000 CAD
