Job Description

As a Site Manager, you will lead the execution of our 60-unit apartment project in Dublin 9, Co. Dublin. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Contracts Manager to oversee the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time and to quality standards.
• Manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to identify and promptly rectify issues.
• Maintain project schedules, coordinating all activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Prioritise safety on the construction site. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and BHA senior management. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
