SOC Incident Response (IR) Lead Analyst

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a professional SOC or IR environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with the following Microsoft security tools:
  • Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
  • Microsoft Purview DLP
• Proven experience in incident response, threat investigation, and SOC operations.
• Experience mentoring SOC analysts and collaborating across global time zones.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies:
  • SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, TIP, ASM, EDR, NDR
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth and Westlake, TX.
