Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and on-site at our office in the center of Barcelona.

This is a hands‑on role focused on managing and executing social media activity across multiple platforms, with close collaboration with the management team. The role requires a professional, structured, and business‑oriented mindset and is not influencer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Tinniless’ social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Plan content calendars and ensure consistency, quality, and professional tone
• Adapt content to different platforms and audiences, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional communication
• Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
• Use AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency
• Support the team with presentations, decks, and structured business materials
• Work closely with management to align social media activity with company and growth objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing multiple platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience developing and executing content strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity
• Ability to create clear, professional presentations
• Understanding of business and growth processes
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Barcelona
