Our Vision: Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.
About the Role:We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence across social platforms. This role is social-media heavy, with PR and brand reputation as a strategic extension.
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media ManagementOwn the brand's presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and emerging platformsPlan and execute the monthly and quarterly social content calendarLead short-form video strategy (reels, trends, storytelling, POVs, UGC-style content)Write and oversee on-brand, high-engagement captions and copyTrack trends, memes, pop culture moments, and identify relevant brand hooksManage and grow the online community (comments, DMs, brand interactions)Collaborate with design, video, performance, and influencer teams to deliver consistent outputMonitor social metrics (reach, engagement, growth, saves, shares) and optimise content
- Brand Voice & ConsistencyBe the custodian of brand tone and personality across all social contentEnsure messaging aligns with brand values, positioning, and visual identityPartner with internal teams to translate business priorities into content narratives
What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in social media content (D2C/startup experience preferred)Experience leading or mentoring small teams.Strong understanding of Instagram-first content and short-form video formatsExcellent copywriting skills with a sharp sense of internet cultureHands-on experience managing brand social handlesComfortable balancing creativity with performance metricsExperience working with designers, creators, influencers, and agenciesAbility to work independently and take ownership
