Software AI Engineering Internships
Tailorbird
Job Description
Tailorbird is building an agentic AI platform for institutional multifamily real estate owners. We transform fragmented data into a trusted system of action, enabling smarter portfolio-level decisions and fully automated workflows. We are a venture‑backed Series A company and are located on the campus of Princeton University, Princeton, NJ.
Join us to build the future of autonomous agents in residential real estate. We are looking for high‑agency CS/EE juniors, seniors, or Master’s students who are as excited about entrepreneurship as they are about engineering.

Our Culture: Move Fast, Learn, Iterate
We operate at high velocity because we trust our engineers with true ownership. At Tailorbird, you will:
- Dive into the deep end: Push functional code to production in your first week.
- Build, don't just code: Learn how to transform raw AI capabilities into a market‑ready product.
- Iterate in real‑time: Use rapid feedback loops from customers to sharpen your skills and refine your agents.
What You Bring
- The AI‑Native Mindset: Proficiency in prompt orchestration, RAG, or agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.).
- High Agency: A "ship early, fix fast" mentality and the desire to work in a founder‑led environment.Technical Depth: Strong fundamentals in Python/TypeScript and a passion for addressing LLM hallucinations with rich domain data.
