Software Consultant

Job Responsibility:

• Analyse, design, develop, test, and maintain the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) system to support the campus community.
• Provide helpdesk support, including ticket resolution and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Perform system enhancements and support new project development initiatives.
• Deliver ongoing system support, including bug fixes and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for program changes and testing procedures.
• Support campus-related business events and system activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly work progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with other developers and IT teams

Requirement:

• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities, with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and/or maintaining PeopleSoft systems.
