Software Engineer AI

We’re looking for a driven Software Engineer to join an emerging AI & Digital Centre of Excellence and play a foundational role in building scalable digital and AI-powered systems. This is an exciting opportunity to help transition early-stage GenAI prototypes into robust, production-ready platforms while shaping the future of healthcare technology.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain backend systems using Python, APIs, and cloud-based applicationsDesign and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworksCollaborate with product, data, and R&D teams to define system requirementsEnsure system reliability, scalability, and securityImplement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring toolsManage cloud infrastructure and contribute to architecture decisionsSupport AI-enabled systems and internal digital platformsMaintain clear technical documentation and system diagramsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field3+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data structuresProficiency in Python and backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or OCI)Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of security and handling sensitive dataAbility to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions
