TCS is hiring for ServiceNow ITSM Developer Experience : 4 to 12 years Mode of Drive: Walkin Date : 18th April 2026 (Saturday) Location : T ata Consultancy Services Limited, Discovery Building, 1st Floor, ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560066 Job Description: Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and other API technologies. System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Experience in working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Background Scripts, ACL’s, Plug-ins, Flow Designer, Integration hub, System Properties and Reports etc. Proven track record of successfully working on ServiceNow integration projects in complex enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of data management, security, and compliance standards. Good to have skill sets: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules. Knowledge on Service Now Event management integrations and application Proficient in configure/modify Event Rule, Field Mapping, Alert Management rule & flows (Flow Designer) Good understanding in Monitoring tool High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Roles and responsibilities: Work on integration development activities for ServiceNow, aligning with business objectives and IT standards.
