What You’ll Be DoingDefine and communicate the engineering vision and technical strategyPartner with stakeholders to prioritize work and manage delivery roadmapsDesign long-term technical plans that scale with product and infrastructure needsMentor and grow engineers through feedback, coaching, and career developmentCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality, reliability, and securityLead initiatives that improve engineering effectiveness and team impactChampion tools, practices, and culture that enable engineering excellenceRemain technically hands-on (architectural design, coding) as part of the role

What We’re Looking ForExperience managing teams (for engineering manager)8-10+ years of full stack software engineering experienceDevOps exposure will be a plusExperience building and scaling high-availability software systemsProficiency in modern full-stack technologies (ideally Go, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Golang, Java)Strong technical leadership, with the soft skills needed to build trust and alignmentPassion for engineering excellence and thoughtful software craftsmanshipMotivation to create impact through technologyProven ability to guide teams toward shared goals and outcomesComfortable remaining technically hands-on as part of the roleExperience leading, mentoring and supporting the growth of developers
