Job Description
Clinical Negligence case auditor and support Medical Law Services (MLS) Location: Hybrid, Liverpool Responsibilities Provide key legal insight and input across all services provided by MLS. Review and audit clinical negligence leads vetted by the MLS team. Assist in shaping and delivering legal training across the MLS business.
Strengthen decision making by offering clear, confident guidance on complex legal matters. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, analysing trends and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with operational teams, ensuring legal considerations are embedded at every stage of the MLS process.
Champion best practice and compliance to ensure all case‑related decisions align with legal frameworks, internal policies, and industry standards. Contribute to strategic initiatives and wider business projects to improve processes, enhance quality, and strengthen customer outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience in clinical negligence case management.
Background in legal case assessment and screening of legal cases. Legal expertise with sharp analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in decision making. Commitment to continuous improvement and proactive identification of trends. Strong experience with Proclaim or other software tools such as Adobe, Microsoft.
