Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSolution Train Engineer (STE) | TS/SCI FS Poly Annapolis Junction, MD (Onsite) $220K–$260K Base Lead Agile at Mission ScaleWe are partnering with a top-tier national security program to identify a Solution Train Engineer (STE) who can operate at the highest levels of scale, complexity, and mission impact.This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting a large, multi-ART SAFe environment driving critical capabilities across a nationally significant system.You won't just facilitate Agile—you will orchestrate execution across Solution Train + ARTs, influence leadership, and ensure delivery across a complex, high-stakes ecosystem.
