Sourcing Manager

Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic Sourcing Manager to build and scale our global supplier network across India and Southeast Asia. This role will own end-to-end sourcing strategy across key categories including packaging materials, films, and consumables. This is a high-impact role at a fast-scaling company, where you will directly influence cost structures, supplier strategy, and supply chain resilience as we grow from $10M to $100M. What You'll DoOwn sourcing strategy across key categories (trays, films, pads, corrugation, etc.)Build and manage a multi-country supplier network (India, Vietnam, Thailand, China)Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and reliability.Drive cost reduction initiatives across categories.Build should-cost models and understand key cost drivers (raw materials, conversion, logistics)Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.Establish supplier scorecards (cost, quality, OTIF)Improve supplier performance through structured engagement.Work closely with factories to ensure production alignment.Identify supply chain risks proactively (capacity, geography, pricing volatility)Build contingency plans (dual sourcing, alternate suppliers) Who You Are • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations or related field (MBA is a plus) • 4-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment • Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis • Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus • Exposure to global sourcing or international suppliers is an added advantage
