Candidates from Procurement, Purchase, Vendor Management, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Non-Real-Estate industries will not be considered.

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years (Real Estate only-Sourcing Sales)

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Acquisition: Source qualified buyers through channel partners, brokers, and referralsNetwork Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and channel partnersMarket Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Virar-Vasai market to generate quality leadsPerformance Tracking: Monitor sourcing performance and optimize strategiesMarket Analysis: Stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences (especially in luxury real estate).

What We're Looking ForGraduate with proven real estate sourcing experienceStrong network across Mumbai and surrounding marketsExperience handling high-ticket size transactionsExcellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
