Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position spans the entire academic year, allowing you to make meaningful connections and lasting progress with each student you support.The role begins on August 10th, 2026, and continues through May 27th, 2027.
With a 37.5-hour workweek, your assignment will be on-site, working directly in local schools with caseloads and age groups determined following direct-hire placements—offering both variety and opportunity to build your career experience. Assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, maximizing your chance to tailor your placement to your strengths and interests.Qualifications:Current Florida SLP license required (Master’s level preferred; will consider bachelor’s level applicants).Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.SLPAs are not being accepted for these roles at this time.Previous school-based SLP experience is desirable but not required.A dedication to fostering communication, inclusion, and student growth.Responsibilities:Provide direct speech-language therapy services as prescribed in student IEPs.Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development and educational outcomes.Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students across grade levels.Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and maintain appropriate documentation.As a valued member of the educational community, you’ll grow your professional skills in a collaborative setting with access to diverse caseloads, ongoing professional mentorship, and the chance to make a real difference.If you’re ready for a rewarding school-based contract role guiding students toward their full potential, submit your application today!
