Sr. Business Development Manager

Overview

A leading global law firm is hiring a Senior BD Manager to drive platform growth initiatives across the innovation ecosystem. This is a strategic, outward-facing role focused on expanding the firm’s reach and influence among key players in tech, venture capital, private equity, and the broader startup landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deepen relationships with VCs, PE firms, founders, and other ecosystem stakeholders
• Identify partnership opportunities and scalable engagement programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align BD strategy with market trends
• Bring insights from the startup and investment world into the firm’s client development approach
• Help position the firm as a go-to advisor in the innovation economy

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of BD or strategic partnerships experience, ideally in legal, tech, or investment sectors
• Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem and how to build influence within it
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think creatively and drive initiatives from concept to execution
