Sr Data Analyst - Risk & Compliance

Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance team with a focus on regulatory and compliance analytics
• KYC platform development
• Gen AI integration for compliance enhancement
• Lead multiple analytics initiatives aligned with regulatory and business goals
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable insights
• Integrate compliance data into enterprise platforms with traceability
• Manage GCP cost reporting and optimize resource usage
• Ensure analytics products align with data quality tools
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and compliance reviews
• Apply Gen AI to automate and enhance compliance monitoring/reporting

Qualifications

• 9+ years in data analysis, BI, and regulatory reporting
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Deep expertise in GCP services and cost management
• Proficiency in Looker Studio
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Experience with data governance and quality tools
• Strong knowledge of GFC, AML, and KYC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to have

• Experience with Gen AI in compliance/risk analytics
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, FATF, GDPR
• Prior work on KYC platforms or transaction monitoring systems
