Your Role As a Senior Admission Counsellor / Sr. Sales Executive, you'll be the face of ThePilot.in for aspiring pilots and their families. You'll own the complete counselling and enrolment process - from understanding student goals to closing the loop with confidence.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and convert incoming leads effectivelyProvide detailed counselling to students and parents about career pathways and pilot training optionsExplain our admission process, course structure, and global training programsMaintain continuous follow-up and communication until the student is enrolled and onboardedConduct meetings (online/in-person) with prospects and ensure a high-quality experience

What You BringMinimum 3 years of experience in sales or educational counsellingFluent English and excellent communication skillsA warm, confident, and professional personalityProven track record of closing salesProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

QualificationsDemonstrated success in a consultative or full-cycle sales roleStrong interpersonal and presentation skills
