FP&A Specialist (DTC / E-commerce) - US Client

Location: Remote | Type: Full-time,

We’re looking for a high-impact FP&A Specialist to join a fast-growing, data-driven business in the DTC / e-commerce space. This is a highly strategic and collaborative role, working closely with leadership to drive financial insights, scenario planning, and business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain the 3-statement financial model, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Partner with leadership (including the CEO) on ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights
• Build and present data-driven reports and trend analyses across business units
• Work extensively with Excel and PowerPoint, with occasional use of BI tools (e.g., Looker)
• Provide light oversight on accounting processes, including financial close and journal review

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in FP&A, with working knowledge of GAAP/accounting principles
• Proven experience in DTC / e-commerce businesses (highly preferred), especially with Shopify ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• A strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable insights
• Comfortable with scenario modeling, ambiguity, and real-time problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion/apparel or consumer brands
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or BigQuery
• Understanding of inventory management and working capital cycles
