Campaign Analytics: Analyze data from various marketing campaigns to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Use advanced analytical techniques to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements in campaign execution and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign workflows and enhance efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing efforts.Data Management: Utilize tools like SQL, Tableau, and Excel to manage and analyze large datasets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.KPI Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
Continuously monitor and report on KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making. Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on campaign analysis and reporting.Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, Clevertap, Moengage).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in marketing campaigns.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
