Applications are invited from interested candidates for the position as Staff Nurse in our Operating Theatre. This is a full-time position of 37.50 hours per week.

St Michael’s Hospital Operating Theatre is a five-day elective theatre with no on-call requirement

Key Requirements for the Position:

• Registered with Nursing & Midwifery Board Ireland
• BSc in Nursing
• Evidence of ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Recent experience in an acute hospital / operating theatre
• Basic computer skills required
• Higher Diploma in Theatre Nursing is essential, or willingness to undertake same within 2 years of commencing position
• Excellent interpersonal skills essential
