Jio is inviting application for the role State Industrial Relations Lead (IR) Requirement:Experience: 10 to 15 yearsEducation: Graduation, MBA/LLB Job DescriptionContract Labor Management: Oversee deployment, compliance, and administration of contract labor in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Labor Law Expertise: Maintain strong understanding of labor laws, particularly in the context of the new Wage Codes, and ensure organizational readiness and compliance. Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, including: Contract, Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA) , Shops & Establishment (S&E) Act ,timely submission of statutory returns and full & final (F&F) settlements 4.Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance adherence, and monitor contractual obligations and performance. Industrial Relations (IR) Handling: Address IR issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively while maintaining a harmonious work environment. Regulatory Liaison & Inspections: Handle inspections, settlements, conciliations, and coordinate with government authorities to ensure smooth operations and zero non-compliance.
