Requirements: • 5-10+ years in market research or analytics settings • Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, analytics, or related fields • Experienced with VoC programs and customer analytics tools • Proficiency in insights platforms like Qualtrics • Exceptional influencing and communication skills
