Strategy Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-agency, analytical Strategy Intern who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving complex business problems. This is a front-row seat to how a startup operates, working directly with the founder across growth, strategy, and operations.

If you enjoy diving into data, building from scratch, and influencing real business decisions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Founders on high-impact projects across growth, operations, and strategy
• Deep dive into data using SQL to uncover actionable insights and drive decision-making
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers used across teams
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and user behaviour studies
• Support cross-functional initiatives, from execution to process improvements
• Take ownership of evolving problem statements across different verticals

What We’re Looking For

• Are available for an in-office internship
• Top performers will be fast-tracked for a full-time role (PPO) upon successful completion of the internship
• Tier 1 college (preferably IIT, BITS, and NIT)
• Proficiency in SQL (must-have) for querying and handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking; able to connect data to business outcomes
• Clear communication skills; can translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching
• Prior internship in analytics, operations, or strategy is a plus

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
