Job Description

Manage planning and day-to-day execution to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Coordinate communication among clients, designers, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations and safety codes. Track project costs and resource use to control the overall budget. Continuously monitor jobsite quality and safety practices.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated experience delivering large, technically challenging healthcare projects. +7 years of hands-on experience working for a general contractor. Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills.

Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget. Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
