Job Description
Supply Chain Coordinator at Pertemps – recruiting an experienced Shipping and Supply Chain Coordinator to join a thriving manufacturing company in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will work alongside the purchasing and supply chain team. Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of shipments of machinery and spare parts Track shipments and help resolve issues Support export processes Assist with preparing and managing shipping documentation Work with production and stores teams to ensure goods are prepared, packed and ready for dispatch Help maintain appropriate stock levels Liaise with sales to help manage delivery expectations Qualifications Proven supply chain or shipping experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment Understanding of shipping processes, with an interest in developing knowledge further Strong organisational skills Confident MS Office user Experience with ERP/MRP software such as Sage or SAP is desirable High level of accuracy and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of GBP29,000 (negotiable depending on experience) Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week, flexibility for the right candidate 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension scheme, medical cashplan #J-18808-Ljbffr
