Job Description
Role: Fusion SCM
Experience: 6+yrs
Pan India
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and map them to SCM functional solutions
• Lead and support end-to-end SCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Configure and support SCM modules such as:
Inventory Management
Purchasing / Procurement
Order Management
Planning (optional, based on project)
• Prepare functional design documents (BRD, FRD, MD50, Setup documents)
• Conduct CRP, UAT, and support go-live activities
• Work closely with technical teams for:
RICEFW objects
Integrations
Reports and extensions
• Provide postproduction support and resolve functional issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Projects, Manufacturing)
• Train end users and create user manuals and SOPs
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as an SCM Functional Consultant
• Strong functional knowledge of SCM business processes
• Experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion SCM (specify as applicable)
• Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
• Strong understanding of:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
o Inventory and logistics processes
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
