Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute long-term supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, customer expectations, and market dynamics.Lead transformation of the end-to-end supply chain to enhance scalability, agility, and resilience.Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align demand forecasting, production planning, inventory, and financial targets.Design and continuously optimize the supply chain network to support multi-channel distribution and geographic expansion.Establish strategic supplier partnerships to drive innovation, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.Implement robust risk management frameworks covering supply, logistics, geopolitical, and compliance-related risks.Integrate sustainability (ESG) principles into sourcing, packaging, logistics, and operational processes.Ensure superior customer fulfilment across all channels, enabling smooth product delivery, installation, and service.Build and lead a future-ready supply chain team, focusing on capability development, digital fluency, and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred.15+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.Experience in managing large, distributed supply chain operations across regions.
