Supply Chain Specialist | Semiconductor

We are hiring a Supply Chain & Trade Compliance Specialist to support global import/export and customs operations for a high-tech manufacturing business. This role focuses on end-to-end cross-border logistics execution, customs compliance, and trade process optimization for high-value, time-sensitive shipments. Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end import/export customs clearance and resolve daily exceptionsTrack shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers globallyEnsure compliance with international trade regulationsSupport bonded, FTZ, return, repair, and sample shipmentsAssist with trade structures (triangular trade / third-country flows)Review freight costs, invoices, and support payment processingSupport process improvement and system enhancements (ERP / WMS / TMS)Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, IT Job Requirements3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or customs operationsStrong experience in import/export clearance (manufacturing or high-tech preferred)Familiar with Incoterms, customs processes, bonded/FTZ operationsExposure to complex cross-border trade structures strongly preferredExperience with ERP/logistics systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plusStrong execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills
