We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our service in Folkestone, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

About the Service - Carlile Lodge Supporting individuals to become more independent is at the heart of everything we do, we have many fun activities that residents enjoy like, quizzes, themed parties and bingo nights. Shops are within walking distance, and regular bus services mean the town centre is easily accessible.

You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable. No previous experience? No problem!
